中深层地埋管地源热泵复合热源系统优化研究

摘要 为提升中深层地埋管地源热泵系统经济性,以沈阳某工厂改造项目为例,以“地源热泵+电锅炉”的复合热源系统为对象,建立复合式中深层地埋管地源热泵系统的多维评价算法,耦合地埋管、关键设备和负荷特性,分析设计参数对能耗、减碳量和净现值等指标的影响。结果表明:碳排放随电力碳排放因子下降而逐年降低;热泵负荷占比越大,减排潜力越大;当热泵负荷配比为0.62,钻孔深度为2900 m时,相对净现值达到最大值(44.6×10^(6)元),相对原系统节省4976.4吨标准煤。 In order to improve the economy of middle-deep buried pipe ground source heat pump system,taking a factory renovation project in Shenyang as an example,in terms of the composite heat source system of“ground source heat pump+electric boiler”,a multi-dimensional evaluation algorithm for composite middle-deep ground source heat pump system is established,coupling buried pipes,key equipment and load characteristics.The impacts of design parameters on multiple indicators such as energy consumption,carbon reduction and net present value are analyzed.The results show that system carbon emission decreases yearly with the decrease of electricity carbon emission factor.The larger the heat pump load ratio,the larger the emission reduction potential.When the heat pump load ratio is 0.62 and the borehole depth is 2900 m,the relative net present value reaches the maximum,which is 44.6×10^(6)yuan,and 4976.4 ton of standard coal can be saved compared with the original system.
