大中小一体化视域下高职院校思政课建设理路思考

Thoughts on the Construction Approach of Ideological and Political Courses in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integration of Primary,Secondary and Higher Education

大中小一体化视域下高职院校思想政治理论课建设不仅是一个实践问题,也是一个理论问题。当前大中小一体化视域下高职院校思政课建设存在顶层设计规划缺位、课程目标设定模糊以及教学内容供给失调等现实困境。“立德树人的‘关键课程’”,是大中小一体化视域下高职院校思政课的角色定位,即高职院校思政课在高职教育人才培养中扮演为高职学生思想政治教育提供主渠道、为高职院校教学实践改革提供行动示范、为高职院校落实根本任务提供坚强保障等三个重要角色;培养全面发展的“准职业人”,上承本科、下启高中或中职是其阶段定位;引领高职教育人才培养改革是其价值定位。课程目标的引领性、课程体系的针对性、课程内容的理论性是大中小一体化视域下高职院校思政课的主要特征。

The construction of ideological and political theory courses in vocational colleges from the perspective of integration of primary,secondary,and higher education is not only a practical issue,but also a theoretical issue.Under the current perspective of integrating primary,secondary,and higher education,there are practical difficulties in the construction of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges,such as the lack of top-level design planning,vague curriculum goal setting,and imbalanced supply of teaching content.The key courses for cultivating moral character and talents are the role positioning of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges from the perspective of integrating primary,secondary,and higher education.In other words,ideological and political courses in vocational colleges play three important roles in talent cultivation:providing the main channel for ideological and political education of vocational college students,providing action demonstrations for teaching practice reform in vocational colleges,and providing strong guarantees for the implementation of fundamental tasks in vocational colleges;To cultivate well-rounded“quasi professionals”,undertake undergraduate studies and start high schools or vocational school is its stage positioning;Leading the reform of talent cultivation in higher vocational education is its value positioning.The leading role of course objectives,the targeted nature of the course system,and the theoretical nature of course content are the main characteristics of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges from the perspective of integrated primary,secondary,and higher education.
