地方应用型本科高校政产学研协同创新育人机制探究

要实施创新驱动发展战略,就必须培养大量的创新型人才,地方应用型本科高校是培养创新型人才的重要阵地,这些高校目前大多采用的是政产学研协同创新育人的培养模式,这就需要协调好政府、企业、高校三者之间的关系,但目前三者之间仍然存在着很多问题,如一些地方本科高校服务企业的意识与能力不足、一些企业参与协同育人的积极性不高、政府对校企协同创新育人的协调指导不够等,在一定程度上影响了协同育人的效果,该文将在对这些问题分析的基础上,从高校、政府、企业三者建立相关协同机制的层面提出对策和建议。

To realize the strategy of innovation-driven development,it is necessary to cultivate a large number of innovative talents.Local application-oriented undergraduate universities are an important battlefield for cultivating innovative talents.Currently,most of these universities adopt a collaborative innovation education model of government,industry,academia,and research.This requires coordinating the relationship between the government,enterprises,and universities.However,there are still many problems among the three,some local undergraduate universities lack awareness and ability to serve enterprises,some enterprises have low enthusiasm for participating in collaborative education,and the government's coordination and guidance on collaborative innovation education between universities and enterprises are insufficient,which to some extent affects the effectiveness of collaborative education.Based on the analysis of these issues,this article will propose countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of establishing relevant collaborative mechanisms among universities,governments,and enterprises.
