产教融合视域下“岗课赛证思”五元融合的课程教学改革与实践——以道路工程施工课程为例

摘要 为进一步落实《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》文件精神,深化教学改革,完善“岗课赛证”综合育人及思政育人机制。本文以道路与桥梁工程技术专业核心课道路工程施工课程教学改革为例,通过岗位能力分析,重构产教融合视域下“岗课赛证思”五元融合的课程内容,校企“双元”合作共同开发开放共享课程资源,探索实施“岗课赛证思”五元融合综合育人模式,赋能高职院校深化“三教改革”,助力技术技能型人才培养高质量发展。 In order to further implement the spirit of the“Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education”document,deepen teaching reform and improve the comprehensive education and ideological-political education mechanism of“post-course-competition-certificate”.This article takes the core course teaching reform of Road and Bridge Engineering Technologyspecialty,Road Engineering Construction Course,as an example.Through the analysis of job capabilities,it reconstructs the course content of the five-element integration of“post-course-competition-certificate-ideology and politics”under the perspective of industry-education integration.The school-enterprise“dual elemen”cooperation jointly develops open and shared course resources,explores the comprehensive education model,empowers vocational colleges to deepen the Three Reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,and helps the high-quality development of technical and skilled talents.
