摘要
“1+X”证书体系作为职业教育独有的新型教育制度之一,在实现提升职业教育素养、优化职业教育及培训结构、推进产教融合以及加强校企合作方面扮演着关键角色。1+X证书制度试点工作已经进行了五年,是一项融合多元素、多理论的制度创新。通过分析试点现状、梳理工作难点,提出破解之策,为进一步扎实推进试点工作、提高试点治理效能提供方案参考。
The 1+X certification system,as one of the unique new educational systems in vocational education,plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of vocational education,optimizing the structure of vocational education and training,promoting the integration of industry and education,and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation.As an institutional innovation integrating multiple elements and theories,the pilot work of this system has been implemented for five years.This article analyzes the current state of this project,outlines the challenges ahead,and proposes strategies to further this program and improve its effects.
