摘要
以高校大学生为研究对象,基于887份有效问卷,运用结构方程模型和Bootstrap中介检验法系统探究了大学生在线学习动机、学习策略对在线学习绩效的影响机制。研究表明:在线学习动机直接正向影响在线学习绩效,但没有通过自我效能感间接影响在线学习绩效;学习策略直接正向影响在线学习绩效,同时通过自我效能感间接影响在线学习绩效,自我效能感在学习策略对在线学习绩效正向影响中起完全中介作用;自我效能感是正向影响在线学习绩效的最重要因素,其次是在线学习动机和学习策略。基于此,提出了增强大学生在线学习的自我效能感,适度提升大学生在线学习动机,优化大学生在线学习策略,进而提高在线学习绩效的建议。
This study polled college students and instrumented 887 valid questionnaires to systematically explore the impact mechanism of online learning motivation and strategies on their online learning performance,using structural equation modeling and the Bootstrap mediation test method.Findings reveal that online learning motivation directly and positively influences online learning performance but does not indirectly affect it through self-efficacy;learning strategies directly and positively influence online learning performance and also indirectly affect it through self-efficacy,with self-efficacy playing a complete mediating role;self-efficacy is identified as a more significant factor positively affecting online learning performance than online learning motivation and strategies.The study then advances some recommendations to enhance college students'self-efficacy in online learning,moderately increase their motivation for online learning,optimize their online learning strategies,and thereby improve their online learning performance.
