摘要
针对数字建造下工程造价新工科人才培养路径展开研究,通过分析数字建造对工程造价人才的需求特点,找出传统模式下工程造价专业人才培养的缺陷,制订研究路径,确定人才培养目标,将传统人才培养课程体系分为专业基础知识平台、跨领域知识平台、实践能力平台及数字化软件应用平台四大平台。为了更好培养学生的工程实践能力,在培养模式上将四大平台课程体系分为理论学习、专业技能培养、毕业产出三大模块,建立以此为出发点,以工程实践为能力培养主线贯穿全过程,以学生个人能力发展为中心的“4311”即“四平台三点一线一中心”创新型人才培养模式,以期全面提高我校工程教育人才培养质量。
Digital construction is a transformation of the construction industry in the context of the digital economy,a necessary path for the traditional construction industry to adapt to the development of information technology,and an important measure for new engineering majors to respond to the national science and education strategy.In the context of digital construction,construction cost major is becoming increasingly important for the green and healthy development of construction.However,the traditional mode of cultivating students’digital,creative,and engineering practical abilities is not good enough to meet the demand for digital construction.Therefore,it is imperative to to cultivate engineering cost talents in new ways.This paper conducts research on the training path of new engineering talents in construction cost under digital construction.By analyzing the demand characteristics of digital construction for engineering cost talents,it identifies the shortcomings of traditional mode of engineering cost professional talent training,formulates research paths,determines talent training goals,and divides the traditional talent training curriculum system into professional basic knowledge platforms,cross-domain knowledge platforms,practical ability platform and digital software application platform.In order to better cultivate students'engineering practical abilities,the four major platform curriculum systems are divided into three modules:theoretical learning,professional skill development,and graduation output in the training mode.The"4311"innovative talent training model,which takes engineering practice as the starting point,runs throughout the entire process,and focuses on the development of students'individual abilities,namely"four platforms,three points,one line,and one center",in order to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation in engineering education.
