摘要
医学免疫学是医学专业课程中重要的课程,同时也是一门年轻、充满活力的前沿交叉学科,在生命科学和医学领域发挥着重要的作用。医学免疫学实验课是免疫学课程的重要组成部分,有助于学生理解抽象复杂的免疫学理论知识。但当下的实验课教学模式过于传统,缺乏创新,导致学生对免疫学理论知识不能形象地理解以及对实验技能掌握度不高,从而实验课程未能达到实验教学目的。新疆医科大学免疫学教研室通过制定合理的教学计划,录制生动教学视频,嵌入翻转课堂,整合加入虚拟仿真实验以及优化考核方式等方法对医学免疫学实验教学进行改革。最终帮助学生多维度轻松学习,促进了学生对理论知识的理解、实践能力的培养以及创新思维的发散,提升了整体教学质量。
Medical immunology is an important professional course for medical students.As an emerging dynamic frontier interdisciplinary field,it plays a vital role in life science and medicine.Experiments are an important part of the course of medical immunology,because they can facilitate the understanding of abstract and complex theoretical knowledge of immunology in the students.With the traditional experimental teaching mode,the students have few opportunities to practice and thus fail to understand theoretical knowledge thoroughly and master experimental skills.In order to achieve the objectives of experimental teaching,the authors have carried out reforms in the experiment teaching of medical immunology by adjusting the teaching plan,recording videos for online teaching,flipping the classroom,adding virtual simulation experiments,and optimizing evaluation methods.All the measures help students to learn more easily,understand theoretical knowledge better,improve practical ability,and cultivate innovative thinking,and the overall teaching quality has been improved.
