油气管道内检测器速度控制单元模型研究

摘要 油气管道内检测器行进速度受机械结构等因素影响,这将使检测结果与实际工况出现较大偏差。为解决此类问题,以管道漏磁检测器模型为例,运用理论与实际相结合的方法,通过设计油气管道内检测器速度控制单元模型并调节其在管道内的运行速度,对油气管道内检测器速度控制单元模型进行多次模拟测试。结果表明:在相同条件下,计算得到的运行速度和检测器模型运行速度之间的误差最大不超过9.1%,满足实际要求。 Because the traveling speed of the detector in the oil and gas pipeline is affected by the mechanical structure and other factors,the detection results can be greatly deviated from the actual working conditions.In order to solve this kind of problem,taking the pipeline magnetic leakage detector model as an example,using the method of combining theory and practice,by designing the detector speed control unit model in oil and gas pipeline and adjusting its running speed in the pipeline,and several simulation tests were carried out on the detector speed control unit model in oil and gas pipeline.The results show that under the same conditions,the maximum speed error between the calculated speed and the detector model speed is not more than 9.1%,which meets the practical requirements.
