摘要
P204萃取剂是一种有机磷化合物,常用于分离和提取锌,具有较高的萃取效率和选择性。试验采用沉锌工艺从P204含锌萃余液中回收锌。结果表明,当中和pH不小于8.5时,锌完全沉淀,滤液的锌含量降至1 mg/L以下。沉锌渣酸溶pH为2.0时,浸出渣的锌含量不大于0.1%。沉锌渣酸溶后液杂质含量较高,可采用新型药剂福美钠除杂。福美钠用量为理论量的1.5倍,亚硝酸钠用量为理论量的1倍,可以实现Cu、Cd、Ni和Co的同步脱除,满足电积锌对杂质的要求,福美钠净化-除油后液进行电积,得到的大部分锌锭质量满足1号锌的指标要求(锌含量不低于99.99%)。
P204 extractant is an organic phosphorus compound commonly used for separating and extracting zinc,with high extraction efficiency and selectivity.The experiment uses the zinc precipitation process to recover zinc from P204 zinc-containing raffinate.The results show that when the pH is not less than 8.5,zinc completely precipitates and the zinc content in the filtrate decreases to below 1 mg/L.When the acid soluble pH of the zinc slag is 2.0,the zinc content of the leaching slag is not greater than 0.1%.The impurity content in the acid soluble solution of zinc slag is relatively high,and a new type of agent,sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate,can be used to remove impurities.The dosage of sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate is 1.5 times the theoretical amount,and the dosage of sodium nitrite is 1 time the theoretical amount,which can achieve synchronous removal of Cu,Cd,Ni,and Co,meeting the requirements of zinc electroplating for impurities,and the solution of sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate purification-oil removal is electrodeposited,and the quality of most zinc ingots obtained meet the indicator requirements of No.1 zinc(zinc content not less than 99.99%).
