贵州省某水库水质提升工程治理思路研究

摘要 根据贵州省某水库富营养化特征,采用外源氮磷污染物控制(入库河流污染+面源污染)、库区内氮磷污染物削减、水华应急处置与藻类群落结构调控、水华预警体系平台建设等思路,建设某水库水质提升工程,以期达到改善水体水质减缓水体富营养化趋势目的。工程实施后,将充分发挥水土保持、防洪和环境保护等综合效益,改善水质和生态环境,促进地区经济发展。同时,需要加强后期运维管理,发挥工程持续的功能作用。 According to the eutrophication characteristics of a reservoir in Guizhou Province,the water quality improvement project of a reservoir is constructed by adopting the ideas of controlling exogenous nitrogen and phosphorus pllutants(pollution of incoming rivers+surface pollution),reducing nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in the reservoir area,emergency disposal of water flora and regulating the structure of the algal community,and the construction of platform for the early-warning system of water flora,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the water and slowing down the trend of eutrophication of the water body.After the implementation of the project,it will give full play to the comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation,flood control and environmental protection,improve water quality and ecological environment,and promote regional economic development.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the later operation and maintenance management,and give full play to the continuous functional role of the project.
