东盟国家和中日韩能源领域绿色低碳发展路径预测和建议

摘要 能源领域绿色低碳发展是东盟国家和中日韩迈向碳中和的关键举措,但仍面临技术落后、资金短缺等问题。运用中国气候变化综合评估模型(China's Climate Change Integrated Assessment Model,C3IAM),预测东盟国家和中日韩能源领域低碳发展路径,然后开展案例分析,明确能源领域低碳发展面临的挑战并提出建议,从而加快推进能源领域绿色低碳发展。 Green and low-carbon development in the energy sector is a key measure for ASEAN countries,China,Japan,and South Korea to move towards carbon neutrality,but it still faces problems such as technological backwardness and funding shortages.By using the China's Climate Change Integrated Assessment Model(C3IAM),the low-carbon development path in the energy sector of ASEAN countries,China,Japan,and South Korea is predicted,and then the case analysis is conducted to clarify the challenges faced by low-carbon development in the energy sector and provide suggestions,thus accelerating the promotion of green and low-carbon development in the energy sector.
