文化安全的议题分析、逻辑架构与未来展望

Cultural Security:Topic Research,Logical Framework and Future Prospect

“文化安全”研究随着社会实践的发展不断丰富。首先回顾文化安全的概念演变、涉及领域等。其次通过学术文献、国家政策以及文化实践进行评述分析,发现当前文化安全研究主要集中于文化安全的时代内涵与表征、文化自信与文化安全、文化安全与文化发展政策、文化安全与国家安全等四个议题。通过对议题及其内容和逻辑的梳理,进一步阐述文化安全研究的逻辑架构,即文化安全双重价值逻辑、内外政策导向、治理实现路径。最后,基于议题和逻辑架构分析,提出未来应着眼于新时代背景下文化资源安全问题、总体观视角下文化生态安全问题、多学科视域下文化安全研究方法创新以及新技术语境下文化安全问题研究。

The research on "cultural security" has been enriched with the development of social practice.Firstly,we will review the evolution of the concept of cultural security,the areas involved,etc.Secondly,through the review and analysis of academic literature,national policies and cultural practices,it is found that the current research on cultural security mainly focuses on four topics:the connotation and representation of cultural security,cultural self-confidence and cultural security,cultural security and cultural development policy,and cultural security and national security.Through the topics,its content and logic,the logical framework of cultural security research is further elaborated,that is,the dual value logic of cultural security,the internal and external policy orientation of cultural security,and the realization path of cultural security governance.Finally,based on the analysis of topics and logical frameworks,it is proposed that the future research should focus on the security of cultural resources in the context of the new era,the security of cultural ecology from the perspective of the overall perspective,the cultural security from a multi-disciplinary perspective and in the context of new technologies.
