摘要
我国专业学位博士教育的发展亟需建立既具有系统性、综合性和可操作性,又具有相对独立性的质量评价指标体系。以教育协同理论为基础,以扎根理论为方法,通过对我国现有博士专业学位的相关导师、管理者、行业参与者及博士生的深度访谈,辨识专业学位博士教育全过程的评价指标,构建了以政策规定、学生背景、求学动机、教育投入、教育产出、学生发展和市场反馈为一级指标的专业学位博士教育质量评价指标体系。
The development of professional doctoral education in China urgently needs to establish a quality evaluation index system that is systematic,comprehensive and operable,and relatively independent.Based on the theory of educational synergy and taking the grounded theory as the method,through in-depth interviews with relevant supervisors,managers,industry participants and doctoral students of existing doctoral degrees in China,the evaluation indicators of the whole process of professional doctoral education were identified,and a professional degree and doctoral education quality evaluation index system with policy regulations,student background,study motivation,educational input,educational output,student development and market feedback as the first-level indicators was constructed.
