The“Double Reduction”policy marks a new development phase for primary school after-school services.Promoting after-school services is a crucial measure to support the achievement of the"Double Reduction"goals and serves as a significant means to highlight school characteristics and promote students’all-round development.This paper,based on in-depth discussion of three core dimensions,namely construction principles,goal setting,and content development,further analyzes the practical requirements and specific measures,providing practical pathways for an effective integration of university student associations into primary school after-school service programs.
