“岗课赛证思”五位一体应用型教学改革研究——以应用型高校英语专业为例

Five-in-one Applied Teaching Reform of“Job+Class+Competition+Certification+Ideology”-Taking English Majors in Application-oriented University as an Example

从就业岗位、课程内容、学科竞赛、职业证书、思政教育五个方面出发,构建新文科背景下的产教融合、融岗于课,课程改革,课赛结合、以赛促课,证课结合,思政融合的“岗课赛证思”五位一体应用型教学模式。坚持立德树人根本任务,以服务区域经济发展为导向,立足地方,服务行业,面向全国,转变教学理念,调整教学计划,更新教学内容,升级教学策略,构建目标明确、层次清晰、动态开放的课程体系,注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,为社会培养高水平高素质的应用型人才。

Starting from five aspects of employment positions,course content,subject competitions,vocational certificates,and ideological and political education,this paper builds the five-in-one applied teaching model of“Job+Class+Competition+Certification+Ideology”under the new liberal arts background that integrates industry and education,integrates employment into classes,implements curriculum reform,combines classes with competitions,uses competitions to promote classes,and combines certificates with classes and integrates ideology and politics.The teaching model adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating students with moral integrity,and are oriented to serve the economic development of regional industries.Based on the local area,serving the industry,and facing the whole country,our teaching team change the teaching concept,adjust the teaching plan,update the teaching content,upgrade the teaching strategy,and build a dynamic and open curriculum system with a clear goal and hierarchy,focusing on cultivating students innovative spirit and practical ability,and cultivating high-level and high-quality senior applied talents for the society.
