“三教”改革视域下职业本科院校心理健康教育工作路径探索

摘要 在技术创新和产业变革不断加速的形势下,就业市场竞争日益激烈,大学生需要具备更高的职业素养和心理抗压能力。对于职业本科院校学生而言,他们面临更大的学业压力、就业焦虑、人际关系等问题,对其心理健康构成了潜在威胁。针对职业本科院校心理健康教育存在的问题,要从教材、教法、教师以及保障机制等方面入手,构建系统、科学、创新的教育体系,全面提升学生的心理健康水平和职业能力,为培养适应新时代需求的高素质技术技能型人才奠定基础。 Under the technological innovation and industry change accelerating,the job market competition is increasingly fierce,and college students need to have higher professional quality and psychological stress relief ability.For vocational undergraduate college students,they face greater academic pressure,employment anxiety and interpersonal problems,which pose a potential threat to their mental health.In view of the problems existing in the vocational undergraduate college mental health education,it is necessary to build systematic,scientific and innovative education system from the teaching materials,teaching methods,teachers and security mechanism to improve students mental health level and professional ability,and lay the foundation for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the needs of the new era.
