WC67Y-100t型折弯机液压系统优化设计

摘要 折弯作为钣金加工中的重要加工工艺,其加工设备折弯机的性能对工件的加工精度及加工效率影响较大。文章以WC67Y-100t型折弯机为研究对象,依据其设计要求,对该型号折弯机的液压系统进行优化设计;其待机模式也得到了优化提升;对油泵、电机、电磁换向阀等各类元件进行了计算和选型;对阀块布局和孔道进行了优化设计;设计了油缸“死点”数控调节机构,精确控制活塞杆伸出长度,保证了折弯工件的角度和直线度;系统通过选用同步马达,进一步提升了该折弯机两油缸的同步性能及运行速度。 Bending,as an important processing technology in sheet metal fabrication,has a significant impact on the machining accuracy and efficiency of workpieces.This article focuses on the WC67Y-100t bending machine and optimizes its hydraulic system based on its design requirements.The standby mode of the machine has also been optimized and improved.Calculations and selection have been made for various components such as oil pumps,motors,and solenoid directional valves.The layout and channels of the valve block have been optimized.An adjustment mechanism for controlling the"dead point"of the hydraulic cylinder has been designed to accurately control the extension length of the piston rod,ensuring the angle and straightness of bent workpieces.By using synchronous motors,this system enhances the synchronization performance and operating speed of both hydraulic cylinders in this bending machine.
