PDCA循环管理模式的品管圈活动对腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术患者术中低体温的预防

Prevention of Perioperative Hypothermia in Patients undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy for Bladder Cancer by PDCA Cycle Management Model of Quality Control Circle Activity

目的探索PDCA循环管理模式及品管圈活动预防腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术患者术中低体温的预防效果。方法选取2018年12月—2023年12月行腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术治疗的患者80例,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组患者进行常规泌尿外科手术护理,观察组在此基础上实施PDCA循环管理模式的品管圈活动。比较两组手术患者的围手术期低体温发生率;比较PDCA循环管理模式的品管圈活动前后护理人员的综合能力。结果观察组的术中低体温发生率低于对照组。实施管理后护理人员的理论考核及操作考核成绩均高于对照组,护理人员能力得到了提高。结论PDCA循环管理模式的品管圈活动,可有效降低腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术患者术中低体温的发生率,有重大应用价值。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of PDCA cycle management model and quality control circle activities in prevent⁃ing perioperative hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy for bladder cancer.Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic radical cystectomy for bladder cancer in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group underwent conventional urological surgi⁃cal care,and the observation group implemented the PDCA cycle management model of quality control circle activities on this basis.The incidence of perioperative hypothermia was compared between the two groups of surgical patients.The overall competence of nursing staff was compared before and after the PDCA cycle management model of quality control circle activities.Results The incidence of periop⁃erative hypothermia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The theoretical and operational assessment scores of nursing staff after the implementation of management were higher than those of the control group,and the ability of nursing staff was im⁃proved.Conclusion The quality control circle activities of the PDCA cycle management model can effectively reduce the incidence of perioperative hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy,which has great application value.
