植物源性食品中有机磷农药残留检测技术的研究现状

摘要 植物源性食品中有机磷农药残留不仅严重危害人类身体健康,还会导致巨大的经济损失。因此,有机磷农药残留检测具有深远的社会意义。本文从有机磷农药的概念及危害,有机磷残留概念和相关规定,并针对目前常用的各类有机磷检测技术的特点等方面进行综述,旨在为植物源性食品中有机磷农药残留的检测提供有益的帮助。 Organophosphorus pesticide residues in plant-derived foods not only seriously jeopardize human health,but also lead to huge economic losses.Therefore,the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues has far-reaching social significance.This paper re⁃viewed the concepts and hazards of organophosphorus pesticides,the concept of organophosphorus residues and related regulations,and the characteristics of the various types of organophosphorus detection techniques commonly were used at present,with the aim of provid⁃ing useful assistance for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in plant-derived foods.
