产业协同集聚与产业链韧性:影响机理与政策启示

Collaborative Industrial Agglomeration and Industry Chain Resilience:Influence Mechanisms and Policy Implications

随着产业的不断发展,如何提升产业链韧性、加强产业链建设已成为学界关注的热点问题。本文通过构建包含产业链基础能力、产业链抵御能力、产业链链条控制力、产业链创新能力在内的多维评价指标体系,基于2004—2021年中国279个地级市面板数据实证检验产业协同集聚影响产业链韧性的效果及机理。研究发现:产业协同集聚显著提升了产业链韧性水平。分地区考察发现,在东部和中部地区,产业协同集聚能够提升产业链韧性水平,但对西部产业链韧性水平未产生显著性影响,对东北地区产业链韧性水平产生抑制作用。调节机制表明,城市创新能力会强化产业协同集聚对产业链韧性的促进作用,但外商直接投资弱化了产业协同集聚对产业链韧性水平的促进作用。

With the continuous development of the industry,how to enhance the resilience of the industrial chain and strengthen the construction of the industrial chain has become a hot topic of concern in academia.This article constructs a multidimensional evaluation index system that includes the basic ability of the industrial chain,the resistance ability of the industrial chain,the control ability of the industrial chain,and the innovation ability of the industrial chain.Based on panel data from 279 prefecture level cities in China from 2004 to 2021,it empirically tests the effect and mechanism of industrial synergy agglomeration on the resilience of the industrial chain.Research has found that industrial collaborative agglomeration significantly enhances the resilience level of the industrial chain.Through regional investigation,it was found that industrial synergy agglomeration can enhance the resilience level of the industrial chain in the eastern and central regions,but has no significant impact on the resilience level of the industrial chain in the western region,and has a restraining effect on the resilience level of the industrial chain in the northeast region.The regulatory mechanism indicates that urban innovation capability will strengthen the promoting effect of industrial synergy agglomeration on the resilience of the industrial chain,but foreign direct investment weakens the promoting effect of industrial synergy agglomeration on the resilience level of the industrial chain.
