It elaborates in detail the formulation process of the FZ/T 97042—2023 “Warp Knitting Fiber-Spreading Warping Machine” standard,including multi-party participation and repeated demonstrations.Its applicable scope is analyzed,covering production scenarios of different scales and types.The types and main parameters of the warping machine are discussed,providing a basis for equipment selection.The requirements of the equipment control system are studied to ensure the stability and efficiency of the warping process.The strict requirements for the warping quality are emphasized to ensure that the products meet high-quality standards.Finally,the significance of the release of this standard for the development of the industry is deeply analyzed,providing strong support for the healthy development of the high-performance fiber warp knitting industry.
