基于跨理论模型的上肢功能锻炼在乳腺癌病人中的应用

Application of upper limb functional exercise in breast cancer patients based on cross-theoretical model

目的:探讨基于跨理论模型的上肢功能锻炼在乳腺癌病人中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年1月桂林医学院第二附属医院住院治疗的98例乳腺癌病人为研究对象,按时间先后分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施基于跨理论模型的上肢功能锻炼,采用上肢功能障碍评定简表(DASH)、乳腺癌病人生活质量评定量表(FACT-B)、乳腺癌病人术后功能锻炼依从性量表以及运动自我效能量表(SEE)评价干预效果。结果:干预后观察组病人生活质量、上肢功能锻炼依从性、运动自我效能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),上肢功能障碍程度得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于跨理论模型的上肢功能锻炼干预可有效提高乳腺癌病人锻炼依从性、自我效能及生活质量,促进上肢功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of upper limb functional exercise based on cross-theoretical model in patients with breast cancer,and to provide evidence for improving patients′ quality of life.Methods:A total of 98 patients with breast cancer who were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to time,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine care,and the patients in observation group were given cross-theoretical model-based upper limb functional exercise.The intervention effect was evaluated by DASH,FACT-B,postoperative functional exercise compliance scale and sports self-efficacy scale(SEE).Results:After intervention,the quality of life,compliance of upper limb function exercise and exercise self-efficacy scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the score of upper limb dysfunction assessment brief table was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The upper limb function exercise intervention based on cross-theoretical model can effectively improve the exercise compliance,self-efficacy and quality of life of breast cancer patients,and promote the recovery of upper limb function.
