摘要
土壤是药用植物生存之本。植物根际作为根系与土壤之间的微环境,是植物与外界环境进行物质和能量交换的主要场所,对药材道地性的形成具有重要影响。根系分泌物能影响土壤微生物活性,是根际微生物群落动态变化的主要驱动因素。根际微生物通过产生植物生长调节剂、植物抗生素等,直接或间接影响药材生长、发育、性状、代谢、化学成分等。通过综述药用植物与根系分泌物、药用植物与根际微生物、根系分泌物与根际微生物的相互作用,以期为研究药用植物根系分泌物与根际微生物的互作机制提供参考。
Soil is the survival foundation of medicinal plants.The rhizosphere of plants,as a microenvironment between the root system and soil,is the main place for matter and energy exchange between plants and the external environment,and has an important impact on the formation of authentic medicinal properties.Root exudates can affect soil microbial activity,which are the main driving factors for dynamic changes in rhizosphere microbial communities.Rhizosphere microorganisms directly or indirectly affect the growth,development,characteristics,metabolism,chemical composition,etc.of medicinal materials by producing plant growth regulators,plant antibiotics,etc.This paper reviewed the interactions between medicinal plants and root exudates,medicinal plants and rhizosphere microorganisms,and root exudates and rhizosphere microorganisms,in order to provide references for studying the interaction mechanism between medicinal plant root exudates and rhizosphere microorganisms.
