摘要
目的探讨“人才强档”战略在医院档案工作中的应用方法及价值。方法选取2022年1月—2024年2月潍坊市人民医院人事科专职管理人事档案者40名为研究对象。2022年1—12月采取常规管理方法,记为干预前,2023年1月—2024年2月实施“人才强档”战略推动下的医院档案工作高质量发展,记为干预后。比较干预前后医院档案工作专职人员的自我效能及领导评价评分,统计干预前后医院档案工作专职人员工作态度评分以及干预前后人事档案管理质量评分。结果干预后医院档案工作专职人员的自我效能及领导评价评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);干预后医院档案工作专职人员工作态度评分为(95.1±3.6)分,高于干预前的(85.3±4.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.194,P<0.05);干预后人事档案管理质量中的完整性、及时性、保密性、可访问性及规范性得分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论“人才强档”战略可显著提高医院档案工作专职人员的自我效能及领导评价评分,改善工作态度,提升人事档案管理效率,从而推动医院档案工作高质量发展。
Objective To explore the application method and value of the strategy of"strengthening archives with talents"in hospital archives work.Methods 40 full-time managers of personnel files in Weifang People's Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected.The conventional management methods werte adopted from January to December 2022,which were recorded as before intervention.The high-quality development of hospital archives work is promoted by the strategy of"strengthening the archives with talents"werte adopted from January 2023 to February 2024,which were recorded as after intervention.The self-efficacy and leadership evaluation scores of full-time hospital archives workers before and after intervention were compared,and the working attitude scores of full-time hospital archives workers before and after intervention are counted.Results After the intervention,the self-efficacy and leadership evaluation scores of the full-time hospital archivists were higher than those before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).and the working attitude score of the full-time hospital archivists after the intervention was 95.1±3.6,which was significantly higher than 85.3±4.9 before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.194,P<0.05).After the intervention,the personnel archives management quality integrity,timeliness,confidentiality and accessibility were higher than those before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The strategy of"strengthening archives with talents"can significantly improve the self-efficacy and leadership evaluation scores of the full-time staff in hospital archives work,improve their working attitude and enhance the efficiency of personnel archives management,thus promoting the high-quality development of hospital archives work.
