7S管理模式在肛肠科病房管理中的应用

Application of 7S Management Model in Anorectal Ward Management

目的探讨7S管理模式在肛肠科病房管理中的应用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于潍坊医学院附属医院肛肠科病房工作的13名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施病房常规管理模式为常规管理组,2023年1—12月实施7S管理模式为7S管理组,对比两组病房管理质量评分及工作人员对病房管理的满意评价。结果7S管理组病房管理质量各维度评分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);7S管理组工作人员对工作的总满意率为92.31%(12/13),略高于对照组的84.62%(11/13),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论7S管理模式能够提高肛肠科病房管理效果。

Objective To explore the application of 7S management mode in anorectal ward management.Methods 13 staff working in the anorectal ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The routine management mode of the ward implemented from January to December 2022 was the routine management group,and the 7S management mode implemented from January to December 2023 was the 7S management group.The score of ward management quality and staff's satisfaction evaluation on ward management were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of ward management quality in 7S management group were higher than those in conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of 7S management group was 92.31%(12/13),slightly higher than 84.62%(11/13)of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 7S management mode can improve the effect of anorectal ward management.
