摘要
目的分析在全科医师社区带教中应用案例教学法的效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月在滨州市滨城区三河湖镇卫生院实习的60名实习生为研究对象,按照摸球法分为两组,各30名。参照组接受常规带教,研究组应用案例教学法进行带教。对比两组带教效果。结果研究组实践操作技能及理论知识考核成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组对教学方法的满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于参照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。结论在全科医师社区带教中应用案例教学法,能够有效激发实习生的学习积极性,通过鲜明的案例进行教学,可以大幅提高学生的整体知识水平,并强化其实践技能,使其对教学方法更为认可。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying case teaching method in community teaching of general practitioners.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,60 students from Sanhehu Township Health Center in Bincheng District of Binzhou City were selected as the research objects.According to the touch ball method,they were divided into two groups,30 in each group.The reference group received routine teaching,and the study group applied case teaching method to teach.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores of practical operation skills and theoretical knowledge of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching method in the study group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case teaching method in community teaching of general practitioners can effectively stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,and teaching through distinct cases can greatly improve students'overall knowledge level,strengthen their practical skills,and make them more recognized by teaching methods.
