摘要
目的分析问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合标准化病人教学方法在妇产科临床实习带教过程中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月浠水县妇幼保健院产科的90名实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各45例,对照组采用传统教学方式,研究组采用PBL结合标准化病人教学方式。比较两组出科成绩、临床能力、教学方式评价结果。结果研究组实习生在理论知识、病例分析、实践技能均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组实习生临床能力、教学方式评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PBL结合标准化病人教学方法的应用效果显著,可有效帮助实习生提高出科成绩,提高临床能力。
Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with simulated patient teaching method in the clinical practice teaching process of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Ninety interns from the Obstetrics Department of Xishui County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2021 to December 2023,and were divided into two groups of 45 cases each according to the random number table method,with the control group adopting the traditional teaching method,and the research group adopting the PBL combined with simulated patient teaching method.Compared the discharge results,clinical ability,and evaluation of teaching methods of the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and practical skills of the interns in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of clinical competence and teaching method of the interns in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion IThe application of PBL combined with simulated patient teaching methods is effective and can effectively help interns improve their discharge performance and clinical competence.
