研究PBL联合微信平台在肿瘤内科临床教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的分析问题式教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合微信平台在肿瘤内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年3月—2024年2月永州市中心医院肿瘤内科32名住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)生,根据教学方式不同分组。对照组(n=16)采用传统教学模式,观察组(n=16)采用PBL联合微信平台教学模式。对比教学效果。结果观察组理论考核成绩、实践技能评分、教学质量和教学满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在肿瘤内科临床教学中,联合教学模式为住培生提供了更加高效且灵活地学习途径,在理论知识传授方面和技能演练方面均展示出优势,从而提高住培生的学习效果和满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with wechat platform in clinical teaching of medical oncology.Methods 32 resident trainees in the Oncology Department of Yongzhou Central Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected,and grouped according to different teaching methods.The control group(n=16)adopted traditional teaching mode,while the observation group(n=16)adopted PBL combined with WeChat platform teaching mode.Compared teaching effectiveness.Results The theoretical assessment scores,practical skill scores,teaching quality,and teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of medical oncology,the co-teaching model provides a more efficient and flexible learning approach for resident students,and shows significant efficiency in both theoretical knowledge transfer and skill exercise,so as to improve the learning effect and satisfaction of resident students.
