This paper discusses the application and effect of virtual simulation teaching in the standardized training of clinical pathology residents.Virtual simulation teaching provides a safe and controllable learning environment by simulating complex medical situations,and strengthens the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills.Applications include microscopic pathology virtual section,macroscopic simulation anatomy,molecular pathology interaction platform and clinical pathology consultation simulation.These methods have improved the diagnostic ability,clinical and pathological combination ability and team communication skills of residents,brought innovation to medical education,and optimized the comprehensive training effect of residents.
