绩效管理结合处方专项前置审核机制对医院抗菌药物合理应用的影响

Influence of Performance Management Combined with Prescription Special Pre-audit Mechanism on Rational Use of Antibacterial Drugs in Hospitals

目的研究绩效管理结合处方专项前置审核机制对医院抗菌药物合理应用的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年7月兰州大学第一医院40名工作人员为研究对象,2021年6月—2022年6月为对照组,未实施绩效管理结合处方专项前置审核机制,2022年7月—2023年7月为观察组,实施绩效管理结合处方专项前置审核机制,两时间段工作人员均无变动。比较两组处方不合格情况、工作人员对管理方法的满意度。结果观察组处方不合格率(6.00%)低于对照组(27.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.004,P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效管理结合处方专项前置审核机制应用医院抗菌药物处方管理中可减少不合格处方,提升工作人员对管理方法的满意度。

Objective To study the influence of performance management combined with prescription special preaudit mechanism on the rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals.Methods A total of forty staff members of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were selected as study subjects from June 2021 to July 2023.From June 2021 to June 2022 was the control group,which did not implement performance management combined with prescription special pre-audit mechanism,and from July 2022 to July 2023 was the observation group,which implemented performance management combined with prescription special pre-audit mechanism,with no changes in both time periods.Compared the two groups in terms of prescription failures and staff satisfaction with management methods.Results The prescription failure rate of the observation group(6.00%)was lower than that of the control group(27.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.004,P<0.05).Satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Performance management combined with prescription special pre-audit mechanism applied to hospital antimicrobial prescription management can reduce unqualified prescriptions and improve staff satisfaction with management methods.
