摘要
目的探究在医院持续质量改进中采用医疗质量管理考核的重要性。方法选取淮安工业园区人民医院100名医务人员作为研究对象,2021年9月—2022年9月实施常规医疗质量管理(实施前),2022年10月—2023年10月实施医疗质量管理考核(实施后),对比实施前后的管理效果。结果实施后医务人员管理满意度为98.00%(98/100),高于实施前的90.00%(90/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.673,P<0.05)。实施后,工作中发生不良事件情况较实施前减少。实施后,医务人员工作质量水平高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医疗质量管理考核可以提高医务人员工作质量和管理满意度,减少不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the importance of medical quality management assessment in hospital continuous quality improvement.Methods A total of 100 medical staff in the Huai'an Industrial Park People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The routine medical quality management was implemented from September 2021 to September 2022(before implementation),and the medical quality management assessment was implemented from October 2022 to October 2023(after implementation),and the management effects before and after implementation were compared.Results The management satisfaction of medical staff after implementation was 98.00%(98/100),which was higher than 90.00%(90/100)before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.673,P<0.05).the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.673,P<0.05).After the implementation,the occurrence of adverse events at work was reduced compared with that before the implementation.After implementation,the work quality level of medical staffs were higher than that before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Medical quality management assessment can improve the work quality and management satisfaction of medical staff,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
