“互联网+”联合PDCA循环在医院档案管理中运用的研究

Research on the Use of"Internet+"Combined with PDCA Cycle in Hospital Records Management

目的研究医院档案管理中采用“互联网+”联合PDCA循环进行管理的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院50名档案管理人员为研究对象,按不同的管理方法分为两组,每组25名,对照组分配档案100份,实行常规档案管理,研究组分配档案100份,行“互联网+”联合PDCA循环管理。对比两组检索率、管理缺陷情况、档案管理知识考核成绩。结果研究组检索率高于对照组,总缺陷率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组档案管理知识考核成绩为(96.33±3.21)分,高于对照组的(84.09±4.32)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.954,P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”联合PDCA循环应用在医院档案管理中,能够提高检索率,减少管理缺陷情况,提高档案管理人员管理知识考核成绩。

Objective To study the effect of using"Internet+"combined with PDCA cycle in hospital records management.Methods Fifty archive managers of the Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the research objects from January 2023 to January 2024,and were divided into two groups of 25 each according to different management methods;the control group was assigned 100 files,and routine file management was implemented,while the research group was assigned 100 files,and the line of"Internet+"joint PDCA cycle management was implemented.The two groups were compared in terms of retrieval rate,management defects,and archive management knowledge assessment scores.Results The retrieval rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total defect rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The archival management knowledge assessment score of the study group was 96.33±3.21,which was higher than 84.09±4.32 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.954,P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"joint PDCA cycle application in hospital records management can improve the retrieval rate,reduce the management of defective situations,and improve the performance of records managers in management knowledge assessment.
