精细化管理模式在内科住院护理管理中应用的效果分析

目的分析精细化管理模式在内科住院护理管理中应用的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月吉林省前卫医院住院内科的199名护理人员作为研究对象,根据管理模式实施的时间进行分组,2022年1—12月行常规护理管理,设为常规组;2023年1—12月行精细化管理模式,设为研究组。两组均为同一批护理人员,比较两组护理质量评分、护理交接班评分、护理能力评分。结果研究组的护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的交接班效率评分为(19.35±0.58)分,护理协作评分为(19.42±0.51)分,合作安全评分为(19.52±0.44)分,临床信息评分为(19.52±0.47)分,均高于常规组的(18.23±0.86)分、(18.34±0.61)分、(18.36±0.72)分、(18.43±0.64)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.231、19.161、19.393、19.365,P均<0.05)。研究组的护理能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在内科住院护理管理中,精细化管理模式的应用能有效提升护理质量,确保交接班工作的有效开展,提升护理人员的工作能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of fine management mode in the nursing management of internal medicine.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,199 nursing staff in the Department of Internal Medicine of Qianwei Hospital of Jilin Province were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to the time of implementation of the management mode.From January to December 2022,routine nursing management was performed as the routine group.From January to December 2023,the refined management mode was set up as the research group.The two groups were the same group of nursing staff.The nursing quality score,nursing handover score and nursing ability score of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The handover efficiency score of the study group was 19.35±0.58,the nursing cooperation score was 19.42±0.51,the cooperative safety score was 19.52±0.44,and the clinical information score was 19.52±0.47,which were higher than 18.23±0.86,18.34±0.61,18.36±0.72,18.43±0.64 of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=15.231,19.161,19.393,19.365,all P<0.05).The nursing ability scores of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In internal medicine inpatient nursing management,the application of fine management mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing,ensure the effective development of shift work,and enhance the working ability of nursing staff.
