问题导向模式在心脏超声临床教学中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Problem-oriented Mode in Clinical Teaching of Echocardiography

目的对心脏超声临床教学采用问题导向模式的效果进行分析。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月湖南省脑科医院超声科实习的30名影像实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各15名,对照组进行常规实习教学,研究组接受问题导向模式教学,予以相应教学后对比两组实习生的实习考核成绩以及教学效果和满意度。结果研究组的理论成绩、实操成绩以及阅片成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的教学效果(89.76±4.62)分、教学满意度(96.23±2.75)分均高于对照组(81.57±5.11)分、(91.34±3.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.519、7.571,P均<0.05)。结论问题导向模式用于心脏临床超声教学中,能够明显提高实习生的考核成绩,同时能够提高教学满意度,并提升其整体教学效果。

Objective The effect of problem-oriented mode in clinical teaching of cardiac ultrasound was analyzed.Methods From August 2022 to August 2023,30 imaging interns in the Department of Ultrasound of Hunan Brain Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,15 in each group.The control group received routine practice teaching,and the study group received problem-oriented mode teaching.After the corresponding teaching,the internship assessment results,teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical scores,practical scores and film reading scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and tthe difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the study group were 89.76±4.62 and 96.23±2.75,were higher than 81.57±5.11 and 91.34±3.02 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.519,7.571,both P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented mode can significantly improve the assessment results of interns,improve the teaching satisfaction and improve the overall teaching effect in the teaching of cardiac clinical ultrasound.
