迷你临床演练评估用于内分泌规培医师规培形成性评价的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Mini Clinical Exercise Evaluation for the Formative Evaluation of Endocrinology Training for Physicians

目的分析内分泌规培医师规培形成性评价中迷你临床演练的评估价值。方法选取2022年3月—2023年7月于宁夏回族自治区人民医院内分泌科接受规范化培训的40名规培医师为研究对象,将培训方式作为分组依据,对照组(n=20)采用传统培训方式,观察组(n=20)采用迷你临床演练评估培训方法。对比两组出入科室考核成绩、临床操作技能评分、临床能力和培训满意度。结果两组入科室成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组出科室成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组临床操作技能评分、临床能力评分和培训满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论迷你临床演练评估可提高内分泌规培医师规培成绩和临床能力,可促进形成性评价的提升。

Objective To analyze the evaluation value of mini clinical exercise in the formative evaluation of endocrinology training for physicians.Methods From March 2022 to July 2023,40 standardized training physicians who received standardized training in the Department of Endocrinology of People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were selected as the research objects.The training methods were used as the basis for grouping.The control group(n=20)adopted the traditional training method,and the observation group(n=20)adopted the mini clinical exercise evaluation training method.The assessment results,clinical operation skill scores,clinical ability and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of entering the department between the two groups(all P>0.05).The scores of leaving department in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical operation skill scores,clinical ability scores and training satisfaction of the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The mini clinical exercise evaluation can improve the performance and clinical ability of endocrine training physicians,and promote the improvement of formative evaluation.
