摘要
目的探讨人文关怀沟通技巧在妇儿医院医疗管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月北京和睦家京北妇儿医院的80名在职医务人员为研究对象。按照管理方式不同分为两组,各40名。对照组行常规医疗管理,观察组在对照组基础上结合人文关怀沟通技巧进行医院医疗管理。比较两组干预前后工作人员主动工作积极性评分、人文关怀能力量表评分,并在干预结束后对干预医务人员进行考核,统计其对患者的主动关怀知识、关怀理念及实际进行的人文关怀能力的合格情况。结果干预后,观察组主动工作积极性评分为(96.6±1.5)分,高于对照组的(90.5±5.7)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.546,P<0.05)。干预后,两组人文关怀能力评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对患者主动关怀知识、关怀理念及人文关怀能力合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妇儿医院医疗管理过程中运用人文关怀沟通技巧,可有效提高工作人员主动工作积极性及人文关怀能力,可更好的在临床工作中针对患者进行主动人文关怀。
Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care communication skills in medical management of women's and children's hospital.Methods A total of 80 medical staff in United Family Jingbei Women's&Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the different management methods,40 cases in each group.Control group received routine medical management,On the basis of control group,the observation group combined with medical humanities communication skills for hospital management.The scores of proactive work enthusiasm and humanistic care ability scale were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.After the intervention,the intervention medical staff were assessed,and the active care knowledge,care concept and actual humanistic care ability of the patients were counted.Results After the intervention,the scores of proactive work enthusiasm of the obervation group was(96.6±1.5)potints,which was higher than(90.5±5.7)potints of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.546,all P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of humanistic care ability of the two group were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group is higher than the control group,the differencs were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The qualified rates of active care knowledge,care concept and humanistic care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanistic care communication skills in the medical management of women and children's hospital can effectively improve the staff's initiative and humanistic care ability,and can better carry out active humanistic care for patients in clinical work.
