医院药剂科中药房饮片调剂常见问题与针对性改进措施

Common Problems and Targeted Improvement Measures of Dispensing Herbal Pieces in Hospital Pharmacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析医院药剂科中药房中药饮片调剂常见问题与针对性改进措施。方法随机抽取贵阳市第二人民医院药剂科中采用传统管理方法(2022年3—12月,工作人员17名)管理的1000张处方为对照组,采用PDCA循环管理模式(2023年1—10月,工作人员17名)管理的1000张处方为干预组,比较两组处方调剂差错率、饮片处方调剂时间、处方调剂质量评分、工作人员(对管理模式的)认可度。结果对照组的调剂差错率为2.80%(28/1000),高于干预组的1.10%(11/1000),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.603,P<0.05)。对照组饮片处方调剂时间、质量监督小组对处方调配管理评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组工作人员认可度为94.12%(16/17),高于对照组的76.47%(13/17),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医院药剂科中药房中药饮片处方调剂积极采取针对性改进措施,有利于减少调剂差错,缩短中药饮片处方调剂时间,提高药剂科中药房处方调剂质量,为患者提供高质量、安全的中药饮片。

Objective To analyze the common problems and targeted improvement measures of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces dispensing in the pharmacy department of traditional chinese medicine.Methods A total of 1000 prescriptions managed by traditional management methods(March to December 2022,17 staff members)in the Department of Pharmacy of the Second People's Hospital of Guiyang were randomly selected as the control group,and 1000 prescriptions of PDCA cycle management mode(January to October 2023,17 staff members)were used as the intervention group.The error rate of prescription dispensing,the time of prescription dispensing of decoction pieces,the quality score of prescription dispensing,and the recognition of staff(management mode)were compared between the two groups.Results The adjustment error rate of the control group was 2.80%(28/1000),which was higher than 1.10%(11/1000)of the intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.603,P<0.05).The prescription dispensing time of the control group and the the quality score of prescription dispensing were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The recognition rate of staff in the intervention group was 94.12%(16/17),which was higher than 76.47%(13/17)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In order to provide patients with high quality and safety,it is helpful to reduce dispensing errors,shorten dispensing time,improve dispensing quality,and actively take targeted improvement measures for dispensing traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the pharmacy of the department of traditional chines medicine.
