持续质量改进在肾内科管理实践中的影响及实施效果分析

Influence and the Implementation Effect Analysis of Continuous Quality Improvement in the Management Practice of Nephrology Department

摘要 目的探讨持续质量改进在肾内科管理实践中的影响,并分析其实施效果。方法本研究采用前后对照设计,2022年1—12月于新疆喀什地区第一人民医院肾内科工作的20名护理人员为研究对象,设定为传统组并实施传统管理模式。2023年1月—2024年1月,同一批护理人员被纳入探究组,实施持续质量改进为基础的管理模式。对比两组管理质量(基础护理质量、沟通交流能力、护理文书书写、护理管理态度、消毒隔离执行)、工作效率(工作准确性、工作响应速度、多任务处理能力、应对突发情况能力、团队协作效率)、管理满意度。结果探究组管理质量评分、工作效率评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组管理满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于传统组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05)。结论在肾内科管理中实施持续质量改进能够提高管理质量、工作效率和护理人员的管理满意度。 Objective To explore the influence of continuous quality improvement in the management practice of nephrology department and analyze its implementation effect.Methods This research adopts the before-and-after design,from January to December 2022,a total of 20 nurses working in the nephrology department of the First People's Hospital of Kashgar were selected as the research objects,and they were set as the traditional group and implemented the traditional management model.From January 2023 to January 2024,the same group of nurses were included in the inquiry group,and the management model based on continuous quality improvement was implemented.Compared two groups of management quality(basic nursing quality,communication ability,nursing documents writing,management attitude,disinfection and isolation),work efficiency(working accuracy,response speed,multitasking ability,ability to cope with emergency,team collaboration efficiency)and management satisfaction.Results The management quality grading and the efficiency score of inquiry group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement in nephrology management can improve the management quality,work efficiency and nursing staff's management satisfaction.
