护士分层级管理对妇科护理质量及护士素质的影响

Effect of Nurse Hierarchical Management on the Quality of Gynecological Nursing and the Quality of Nurses

目的分析护士分层级管理对妇科护理质量及护士素质的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2023年1月于淄博市妇幼保健院妇科工作的30名护士为研究对象,根据不同的管理模式分为对照组和观察组,各15例。对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组实施分层级管理模式。比较两组护士的护理质量、自身素养及满意度。结果管理后,观察组护理质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组自身素质均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护士分层级管理模式可提高妇科护理工作的质量,对建立高素质的护理团队起到重要意义,为患者提供更优质、全面的护理措施,同时也提高了护理人员对管理模式的满意度,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the influence of nurse hierarchical management on the quality of gynecological nursing and the quality of nurses.Methods From February 2019 to January 2023,30 nurses working in gynecology department of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different management modes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 15 nurses in each group.The control group implemented the routine management mode,and the observation group implemented the hierarchical management mode.The nursing quality,self-cultivation and satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results After management,the nursing quality of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-quality of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nurse hierarchical management mode can improve the effective quality of gynecological nursing work,and play an important role in establishing a high-quality nursing team,provide patients with better quality and comprehensive nursing measures,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff with the management mode at the same time,which has high application value.
