基于岗位胜任力的护士分层管理模式的应用效果

摘要 目的探究基于岗位胜任力的护士分层管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月溱潼人民医院临床护理岗位中的45名护理人员作为研究对象,以不同管理模式分为两组,2022年1—12月行常规护士管理模式为参照组,2023年1—12月开展基于岗位胜任力的护士分层管理模式为研究组,比较两组护理质量评分、不良事件发生情况、护理管理满意度。结果研究组护理质量中护理文书、病房管理、基础护理、护理安全、健康教育、沟通技巧、服务态度、风险因素识别评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组发生的不良事件少于参照组。研究组护理管理满意程度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于岗位胜任力的护士分层管理模式具有提高护理质量的效果,能够减少不良事件,提高护理管理满意程度。 Objective To explore the application effect of stratified management mode for nurses based on post competence.Methods Forty-five nurses in clinical nursing positions in Qintong People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and devided into two groups according to the management model.The routine nurse management mode from January to December 2022 was taken as the reference group,and the hierarchical management mode of nurses based on post competence was taken as the research group from January to December 2023.The nursing quality score,adverse events and nursing management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing documents,ward management,basic nursing,nursing safety,health education,communication skills,service attitude and risk factor identification in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The adverse events in the study group were less than those in the reference group.The satisfaction of nursing management in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stratified management mode of nurses based on post competence has the effect of improving the quality of nursing,and can reduce adverse events and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing management.
