PDCA循环管理法在抗菌药物管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Method in Antimicrobial Drug Management

目的评估PDCA循环管理法应用于抗菌药物管理中所发挥的作用。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月北京丰台右安门医院的30名药物管理人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月在抗菌药物管理中实施常规管理(对照组),2022年1—12月在抗菌药物管理中实施PDCA循环管理法(观察组),对比两组抗菌药物使用合理率、入组工作人员对于抗菌药物管理满意度以及管理质量评分。结果干预后,观察组抗菌药物使用合理率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员对于抗菌药物管理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论抗菌药物管理工作中PDCA循环管理法的应用能够保证抗菌药物合理应用,有利于提高工作人员对管理的满意度以及管理质量评分。

Objective To evaluate the role of PDCA cycle management method in antimicrobial drug management.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,a total of 30 drug managers in Beijing Fengtai You'anmen Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2021,routine management was implemented in antibacterial drug management(control group),and from January to December 2022,PDCA cycle management method was implemented in antibacterial drug management(observation group).The reasonable rate of antibacterial drug use,the satisfaction of the staff in the group on the management of antibacterial drugs and the management quality scores were compared between the two group.Results After intervention,the rational use rate of antimicrobial drug in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfactions of the staff in the antibacterial drug management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method in the management of antibacterial drugs can ensure the rational use of antibacterial drugs,which is beneficial for improving management satisfaction of staff band quality evaluation.
