护理人员分层级管理模式对提高外科护理管理质量的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Hierarchical Management Mode of Nursing Staff on Improving the Quality of Surgical Nursing Management

目的分析外科护理管理中,应用护理人员分层级管理模式的有效性。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月湖南省茶陵县中医医院外科的40名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月采用常规管理模式,作为对照组;2023年1—12月采用分层级管理模式,作为观察组。两种管理模式的实施者为同一批护理人员。对比实施前、后两组的护理技能评分、护理人员对管理的满意度及护理人员工作效率。结果观察组护理人员的护理技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理人员对管理的满意度为100.00%(40/40)高于对照组的90.00%(36/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.003,P<0.05)。观察组护理人员工作效率评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论外科护理管理中,应用护理人员分层级管理模式可以提高护理人员管理质量。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of hierarchical management mode of nursing staff in surgical nursing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 40 nursing staff in the department of Surgery of Chaling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hunan Province were selected as the research objects,from January to December 2022,the routine management mode was used as the control group.From January to December 2022,the hierarchical management mode was adopted as the observation group.The kinds of management pattern of perpetrators are the same nursing staff.The nursing skill scores,nursing staff's satisfaction with management and nursing staff's work efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after implementation.Results The nursing skill scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing staff's satisfaction with management in the observation group was 100.00%(40/40)higher than 90.00%(36/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.003,P<0.05).The work efficiency of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In surgical nursing management,the application of hierarchical management mode of nursing staff can improve the quality of nursing staff management.
