健康医疗大数据背景下医院档案管理的改进与完善思路分析

Analysis on the Improvement and Perfection of Hospital Archives Management under the Background of Health and Medical Big Data

目的分析健康医疗大数据背景下医院档案管理的改进与完善思路。方法纳入2022年1—12月恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院的30名档案管理员,采取常规管理办法,设为对照组;纳入2023年1—12月本院的30名档案管理员,采用健康医疗大数据背景下的综合管理模式(互联网+PDCA循环管理法)设为观察组。观察组抽取51份档案,对照组抽取50份档案。比较两组工作人员档案管理能力(档案规范、履职能力、及时归档)评分、档案管理正确率、对管理的满意度。结果实施不同档案管理模式后,观察组工作人员管理能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组档案管理正确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员对管理的满意度为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康医疗大数据背景下,互联网+PDCA循环管理法应用于医院档案管理中获得良好效果,明显增强了工作人员的档案管理能力,提升了档案管理的正确率,使得工作人员满意度更高。

Objective This paper analyzes the improvement and perfection of hospital archives management under the background of health care big data.Methods From January to December 2022,30 archivists from Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Hospital Office were included in the control group using routine nursing management methods.From January to December 2023,30 archivists from the hospital were included in the observation group using the comprehensive management model(Internet+PDCA cycle management method)under the background of health and medical big data.The observation group extracted 51 files,and the control group extracted 50 files.The scores of file management ability(file standard,ability to perform duties,timely filing),the correct rate of file management and the satisfaction of management were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of different file management modes,the management ability of the staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct rate of file management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the staff in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of health and medical big data,the application of internet+PDCA cycle management method in hospital archives management has achieved good results,which significantly enhances the archives management ability of staff,improves the accuracy of archives management,and makes staff satisfaction higher.
