在有限开发用地条件下,不同地块间、地块与城市基础设施间呈现更密集的工程要素交叠,影响街区开发的效率与品质。着眼于国际前沿实践,以纽约哈德逊广场、汉堡港口新城、阿姆斯特丹泽伊达斯片区、中国香港西九文化区为例,梳理其发展背景、规划建设进程,探究其在有限开发用地和复杂工程因素影响下的街区营建策略,以期对我国同类型建设提供佐证与支撑。

Intensive overlapping of engineering elements occurs between different plots and between plots and infrastructure,which affects the efficiency and quality of urban blocks.This paper focuses on the international frontier practices,to sort out their development background,planning and construction process,and explore their strategies of blocks planning and building under the influence of limited land and complex engineering factors,with a view to providing evidence and supportforsimilar constructioninChina.
