考虑多重不确定性和潜在博弈的楼宇群电能优化调度策略 被引量:1

摘要 现阶段楼宇群用电负荷的种类繁多、用电习惯差别大,应在保证配电网安全可靠的前提下,用新型楼宇群对可控负荷进行集群调控。为此,提出一种新型楼宇群聚合商考虑多重不确定性、用户动态用电满意度的两阶段鲁棒优化方法,实现对柔性负荷的集群调控。基于用户的多种响应心理、禀赋效应,用连续区间数据有序加权平均算子改进的加权方法对柔性负荷响应量期望的不确定性进行建模;计及楼宇群用户的动态用电满意度,建立其与聚合商运营成本间的潜在博弈模型,并进行两阶段鲁棒优化。通过算例验证所提方法的合理性及有效性,结果表明所提模型与方法有利于提高新型楼宇群电网及聚合商抵御不确定性风险的韧性。 At this stage,there are many types of electricity loads in building groups and the electricity consumption habits vary greatly,and the new building groups should be used to cluster control the controllable load under the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of distribution network. Therefore,a new two-stage robust optimization method of building group aggregator considering multiple uncertainties and user dynamic power consumption satisfaction is proposed,so as to realize the cluster control of flexible load. Based on various factors such as user response psychology and endowment effect,the uncertainty of flexible load response expectation is modeled by the weighted method improved by continuous interval argument ordered weighted averaging operator. Considering the dynamic power consumption satisfaction of building group users,the potential game model is established with the operating costs of aggregators,and the two-stage robust optimization is carried out. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the case study,and the results show that the proposed model and method are conducive to improving the resilience of the new building group power grid and aggregators to resist uncertain risks.
