Rural Population Aging and Rural Revitalization Interaction——Challenges,Opportunities,and Strategy Analysis

随着人口老龄化问题的加剧,中国农村面临着前所未有的社会结构和经济发展挑战。学术研究普遍将人口老龄化视为乡村振兴道路上的一大障碍。然而,当采取一种全面的分析视角时,便能够揭示人口老龄化与乡村振兴之间的正向互动模式。换句话说,农村的老年人可以发挥他们独特的优势,填补青壮年劳动力的不足,为农村的产业进步、人才培育、文化延续、生态维护和组织构建等领域做出贡献。与此同时,乡村振兴的进程亦能为老年人带来回报,为他们提供更为优越的居住环境、更完善的制度安排及更优质的服务。为了在乡村振兴的推进中最大化人口老龄化的正面影响,必须科学规划适应农村人口老龄化的发展战略,加速产业与农村人口老龄化的融合步伐,打造高品质的农村养老服务体系,设立农村人口老龄化的监测框架,并不断完善农村老龄化人口的动态管理体系。

As the issue of population aging intensifies,rural China is facing unprecedented social structural and economic developmental challenges.Academic research commonly views population aging as a significant hurdle in the path of rural revitalization.However,adopting a comprehensive analyt-ical perspective reveals a positive interaction model between population aging and rural revitali-zation.Specifically,the elderly population in rural areas can leverage their unique strengths to fill the void left by the younger labor force,contributing to the development of rural industries,talent cultivation,cultural inheritance,ecological protection,and organizational construction.Concur-rently,the process of rural revitalization can reciprocate by providing the elderly with a superior living environment,more comprehensive institutional arrangements,and higher-quality services.To maximize the positive impacts of population aging on rural revitalization,it is imperative to scientifically plan a development strategy that accommodates rural population aging,expedites the integration of industries with rural aging demographics,establishes a high-quality rural eldercare service system,sets up a monitoring framework for rural population aging,and contin-uously improves the dynamic management system for the aging rural population.
