积极老龄化背景下社区促进老年人再就业的路径探析

An Exploration of the Path of Community Promotion of Re-Employment for the Elderly in the Context of Positive Ageing

积极老龄化背景下,社区在推动老年人再就业方面发挥着关键作用。文章从积极老龄化背景出发,分析社区促进老年人再就业面临的困境,包括老年人再就业主动性欠缺、再就业权益未得到保障、老年人潜力未充分挖掘等。根据其所面临的现实困境,从提高老年人再就业的积极性、加强老年人再就业的权益保障、挖掘老年人再就业潜力等方面对社区促进老年人再就业路径进行探析,并提出合理化建议。

In the context of positive ageing,communities play a key role in promoting the re-employment of the elderly.Starting from the background of positive ageing,this paper analyses the dilemmas faced by the community in promoting the re-employment of the elderly,including the lack of re-employment initiatives for the elderly,the lack of protection of the rights and interests of the re-employed,and the under-exploitation of the potential of the elderly,and so on.Based on the real-life dilemmas they face,the paper explores the path of community promotion of re-employment for the elderly in terms of improving their re-employment initiative,strengthening the protection of their re-employment rights and interests,and tapping their re-employment potential,and puts forward rationalized suggestions.
