随着老龄人口数量的急剧增长、养老负担日益加重以及养老观念的逐步转变,传统的养老模式在应对便捷、高效、高品质的养老需求时显得力不从心。数字中国建设是将数字化与智慧化引入养老领域的良好契机,智慧化养老服务将成为缓解养老压力、突破传统养老局限的重要思路和实践路径。在探索阶段,智慧化养老服务出现了地区发展不均衡、缺乏统一政策标准、专业人才数量不足、市场供需结构失衡的问题。社会工作在特有社会背景下,凭借国家政策的支持、独特的价值理念以及专业的方法技巧,以协助推进养老服务转型、政策倡导建立统一规范、多方联动扩充人才队伍以及精准评估实现供需平衡等途径,助力智慧化养老服务良性发展。

With the rapid growth of the aging population,the increasing burden of elderly care and the gradual change of the concept of elderly care,the traditional model of elderly care is not able to cope with the demand for convenient,efficient and high-quality elderly care.The construction of Digital China is a good opportunity to introduce digitization and intelligence into the field of el-derly care,and intelligent elderly care service will become an important idea and practical path to ease the pressure of elderly care and break through the traditional limitations of elderly care.In the exploration stage,intelligent elderly care services have problems of uneven regional devel-opment,lack of unified policy standards,insufficient number of professionals,and imbalance be-tween supply and demand structure in the market.Under the unique social background,social work,with the support of national policies,unique value concepts and professional methods and skills,can help promote the transformation of elderly services,advocate the establishment of uni-form norms in policies,augment the team of talents through multi-party cooperation,and accu-rately assess to achieve the balance between supply and demand,so as to help the benign devel-opment of intelligent elderly services.
