乡村振兴背景下农村养老服务高质量发展研究

Research on High-Quality Development of Rural Elderly Care Services under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农村养老高质量发展问题事关乡村振兴战略全局发展,特别是伴随我国人口老龄化程度逐步加深,农村地区老年人养老问题日益突出,主要表现在农村服务工作基础相对薄弱、养老保障经济压力大、养老保障体系不完善、养老服务人员极度缺乏。乡村振兴战略的目标与农村养老高质量发展的目标具有内在一致性,乡村振兴战略的实施为农村养老困境解决提供了关键的突破口,推进乡村振兴战略的过程也就是发展农村养老服务工作的过程。对此,我国要提高农村养老保障服务,就必须优化配置农村养老服务资源、提升农村养老经济水平、健全农村养老保障体系、加强服务人才队伍建设,破解农村地区养老困境,切实满足农村老人养老需求。

The issue of high-quality development in rural elderly care is crucial to the overall development of the rural revitalization strategy.This importance has only grown as China’s population aging in-tensifies,particularly highlighting the challenges faced in rural areas.These challenges include a relatively weak foundation for service work,significant economic pressures on elderly care secu-rity,an incomplete elderly care security system,and an acute shortage of care personnel.The goals of the rural revitalization strategy are inherently aligned with the objectives of high-quality development in rural elderly care.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy pro-vides a critical breakthrough in resolving the dilemmas of rural elderly care.The process of ad-vancing this strategy is,in essence,the process of developing rural elderly care services.To im-prove rural elderly care services,China must optimize the allocation of rural elderly care service resources,enhance the economic level of rural elderly care,improve the rural elderly care securi-ty system,and strengthen the construction of service personnel teams.By doing so,China can ad-dress the difficulties of elderly care in rural areas and effectively meet the needs of the rural el-derly.
